Update the spreadsheet.
Keep the product photos.

A repeatable workflow for makers preparing a small wholesale catalog. Try six products in the free demo before committing to a larger catalog.

This guide describes a working prototype. Review every generated page and confirm your product data before sharing it with a buyer.

1. Give every product a stable SKU

A SKU is your product identifier. Use one unique value per row, such as MUG-01. Keep it the same when changing a product name or price. Avoid codes that differ only by letter case.

2. Export a UTF-8 CSV

Required headers are sku,name,wholesale_price,currency. Optional headers are moq,case_pack,category,description,image. Use a decimal point in prices, without currency symbols or thousands separators. Put the currency code in its own column, for example USD or JPY.

sku,name,wholesale_price,currency,moq,case_pack,category,description,image
MUG-01,Blue stoneware mug,12.50,USD,6,6,Tableware,250 ml mug,MUG-01.jpg
BOWL-02,Small serving bowl,8.00,USD,4,2,Tableware,Small bowl,BOWL-02.jpg

MOQ and case pack are expressed in individual units. An MOQ of 6 with a case pack of 6 means one case. Blank quantities default to 1 and are flagged for review. The prototype requires MOQ to be a multiple of case pack; it does not support mixed cases.

3. Match the photographs

Select JPG, PNG or WebP files from your device. An explicit image filename must match exactly. When the image column is blank, use a filename whose base is the SKU, such as MUG-01.jpg. Resolve missing or ambiguous matches before printing. The tool does not fetch images from websites.

4. Save the working project

Export a project file containing the product data and selected images. Keep a backup. When you reopen it and import a revised CSV, unchanged SKUs retain their matched photos. Review warnings and the resulting catalog before saving over your own previous backup.

5. Print a line sheet and an order worksheet

Choose A4 or US Letter and open the browser print dialog. Select Save as PDF, keep the matching paper size and disable browser headers and footers. Check the first and last pages for clipping, missing images and incorrect prices. The order worksheet is a blank aid for quantities; it does not accept orders or form a contract.

When a different tool is a better fit

Use your existing spreadsheet or design tool if you only need a one-off page. This prototype is aimed at repeated SKU-based updates. It does not connect to a store, synchronize inventory, calculate taxes, set retail margins, or replace a designer for a bespoke catalog.
